Invitation to the Open Scientific Session on Biographical Perspectives of Anxiety and Coping

Dear Colleagues,

Poznań Branch of the Polish Sociological Association

are pleased to invite you to participate in the “Open Scientific Session on Biographical Perspectives of Anxiety and Coping.” It is particularly addressed to researchers and students interested in the topics of anxiety and coping strategies, biographical research, and the societies of Central and Eastern Europe. The session is organized within the project  “ANSWER – ANxieties and Social coping strategies Within the last 50 years in the context of Natural EnviRonment: A Comparative Case Study of Poland, Ukraine, and Hungary” (no. UMO-2021/43/D/HS6/01702). Project ANSWER is financed by National Science Centre and conducted in the Department of Social Problems Research and Social Work, at the Faculty of Sociology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (project leader: dr Krzysztof Mączka).

Date and Time: 27 October 2025 (Monday), 10:00 – 15:30

Format:

The session will be held in a hybrid format (in person and online).
